How the range is built
Older Duo-tec models use a fairly conventional layout that is easy to access; the newer 800/600 range is more tightly packaged, closer in style to other modern European combis.
What we see go wrong
Diverter valve and plate heat exchanger scaling in hard water areas, plus PCB failures on units in the 10-15 year bracket.
