Most manufacturers — Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi and others — require an annual service to keep your guarantee valid. A yearly check-up also catches small issues like a sticking pump, blocked condensate or low gas pressure before they turn into a no-heat emergency on the coldest night of the year. It typically pays for itself in efficiency savings alone.
If you let out a property, you're legally required to have a Gas Safety Record issued every 12 months covering every gas appliance, flue and pipework. We take care of the lot — boiler, hob, fire — and email you a digital CP12 the same day so you've got it on file ready for your tenants.

We are based in Farnborough, so Aldershot, Fleet, Yateley, Farnborough itself and the GU postcodes around them are routine daily runs, and we cross the border into Frimley, Camberley, Farnham and Woking just as often. Winchester, Southampton and the south coast are outside what we can service properly, and we would rather say that than take a booking we cannot keep. Calls are answered Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm.
