Plumbing & Heating in Fleet
Fleet is a regular for us, especially for boiler upgrades and central heating power flushes on the town's many three-and-four-bedroom homes.
Family homes in Hart
Fleet is a regular stop for us, and most of the work is on the three- and four-bedroom family homes that make up so much of the town. Owner-occupation is high here, so people tend to plan upgrades rather than wait for a breakdown.
Bigger houses, bigger heating questions
Larger homes with two bathrooms put real demand on hot water. A single combi can struggle when two showers run at once, so in Fleet we often discuss system boilers with an unvented cylinder instead. Houses on the newer Elvetham Heath estate usually have modern layouts that suit this well; Edwardian villas nearer the pond may need more pipework planning.
The water in Fleet is hard. Scale is the enemy of boiler heat exchangers and cylinder elements, so we fit magnetic filters, recommend scale protection where appropriate and suggest a power flush on older systems that have sludged up.

Questions
Do you cover Church Crookham and Elvetham Heath?
Yes, both are covered as part of our Fleet work, along with Crookham Village and Ancells Farm.
Is a power flush worth it in Fleet?
On an older system with cold spots and sludge, often yes. We will look first and tell you honestly if it is not needed.
