A Heating Contractor Letting Agents Can Rely On
Managing agents don't need a sales pitch — they need jobs closed, certificates filed, tenants dealt with politely and a contractor who answers the phone.
Managing agents don't need a sales pitch — they need jobs closed, certificates filed, tenants dealt with politely and a contractor who answers the phone. This page sets out how we work with agencies so you can judge whether we fit your process rather than the other way round.
One point of contact
You deal with us directly rather than a call centre. That means an actual answer on whether a job can be done this week, and a straight explanation when it can't. For portfolios we'll group visits geographically to reduce the number of separate attendances.
Reporting that fits your files
Gas safety records and job reports are emailed the same day wherever possible, with the property address in the subject so they file cleanly. Where a job needs landlord authorisation we send a clear scope and price rather than an ambiguous estimate.
Reactive repairs and tenant contact
We contact tenants to arrange access, keep the appointment window realistic, and report non-access attempts so you have a record. Where a repair reveals a bigger underlying problem we tell you before doing more work, not afterwards on the invoice.
Scope of work we cover
Gas safety checks and servicing, boiler repair and replacement, central heating repairs, power flushing and system cleaning, bathroom works, and air conditioning under our REFCOM registration. Being able to send one contractor for most of a property's mechanical services saves a lot of coordination.
Common questions
Can you work to our job management system?
We're happy to receive instructions by email or through your system and return documents in the format you need, as long as it doesn't require us to sit inside a portal all day.
Do you take on block or portfolio compliance work?
Yes. Send the address list and renewal dates and we'll plan routes so multiple properties are covered efficiently.
What are your insurance arrangements?
We carry public liability cover and can provide the certificate along with our Gas Safe and REFCOM registration details for your contractor records.
Do you quote for landlord-authorised upgrades?
Yes — including boiler replacement with finance options where the landlord wants to spread the cost, subject to status.
