We can arrange invoicing to whoever holds the account, agent or landlord, once that is confirmed at the outset.
Do you provide CP12 certificates to the agency?
Yes, a copy can go to the agency and the landlord, with the tenant's copy provided separately.
What if the tenant reports something different to what was booked?
We assess what is actually found on site and confirm with you before doing anything beyond the original instruction.
