Panasonic air conditioning is one of the brands we install in homes, alongside Worcester Bosch, Mitsubishi, Daikin and more. As REFCOM registered (F-Gas) installers, we fit Panasonic wall-mounted single-split and multi-split systems that heat and cool, chosen and sized for the rooms you want to use them in.
Where a Panasonic system fits in
Panasonic is a good option when you want a wall-mounted unit that handles both summer cooling and winter heating in everyday living spaces: bedrooms, home offices, lounges and extensions. Like the other brands we fit, the domestic split units are air-to-air heat pumps, so the same indoor unit warms the room on a cold morning and cools it on a hot afternoon.

Choosing between single and multi-split
If only one room needs it, a single split pairs one Panasonic indoor unit with its own outdoor unit, which keeps the design simple. Where several bedrooms or a first floor need covering, a multi-split lets one outdoor unit serve a number of indoor units, saving space outside. The choice depends on how many rooms you want covered, where the outdoor unit can sit and how the pipework can be routed between them.
How we choose the indoor unit position
The indoor unit is usually mounted high on a wall where air can move along the length of the room, rather than blowing straight onto a bed or desk. We look at furniture, windows and the shortest practical route to the outdoor unit, and agree the position with you during the free in-home design visit.
Comparing Panasonic with other brands
Every brand we install offers efficient inverter-driven units with heating and cooling. The right choice often comes down to the specific model's size options, controls and appearance, and how well it suits the rooms in question. We are happy to compare a Panasonic option with Mitsubishi, Daikin or Worcester Bosch equipment so you can choose with the full picture.
What the installation includes
A Panasonic installation follows the same process as any split system we fit: survey and design, mounting the indoor and outdoor units, running and pressure-testing the refrigerant pipework, arranging condensate drainage and the electrical supply, then commissioning the system and completing the F-Gas paperwork. You receive a fixed price in writing before work starts.

Questions we get asked
Is Panasonic air conditioning good for homes?
Panasonic makes wall-mounted split systems designed for domestic rooms, with heating and cooling from the same unit. Whether a particular model suits you depends on the room size and layout, which we assess during the free in-home design visit.
Do you install Panasonic multi-split systems?
Yes. We install single-split and multi-split systems, including Panasonic, where one outdoor unit serves several indoor units.
Can a Panasonic system heat as well as cool?
Yes. The split systems we fit are air-to-air heat pumps, so they provide heating in winter as well as cooling in summer.
