Rooms that overheat on the south side by mid-morning, meeting rooms that are unusable in July, server cupboards that need cooling regardless of season — these are the problems small commercial premises actually bring us, and they're solvable with correctly specified equipment rather than more portable units.
Getting the specification right
We calculate heat gain from glazing, orientation, occupancy and equipment rather than guessing from floor area. A room full of monitors and people gains far more heat than an empty one of the same size, and undersized equipment simply runs flat out without ever satisfying the space.
Heating as well as cooling
Modern split and multi-split systems are heat pumps, so the same equipment heats efficiently in winter. For a workplace with poor or expensive existing heating, that often changes the economics of the installation entirely — you're buying year-round capability, not a summer luxury.
Installation with minimal disruption
We plan pipe routes, condensate drainage and outdoor unit positions in advance, and schedule the disruptive elements around your working pattern where practical. Access, roof or wall fixing and any landlord consent for external units are worth resolving before we start.
Servicing and F-Gas obligations
Commercial systems need regular servicing to hold efficiency and guarantee cover, and operators of systems above certain refrigerant charges have leak-checking and record-keeping duties. We're REFCOM registered and handle refrigerant work to those requirements.

Do you install multi-split systems?
Yes — multiple indoor units on a single outdoor unit is common in offices where several rooms need independent control and outdoor space is limited.
Can air conditioning heat the office in winter?
Yes. Heat pump systems provide efficient heating, and in many small commercial premises that's a bigger saving than the cooling benefit.
Do we need landlord permission?
For external units on a leased building, almost always. It's worth starting that conversation early because it's usually the longest lead item.
