How the range is built
Many Glow-worm models share heat exchangers and PCB architecture with Vaillant equivalents, which we use to our advantage when sourcing compatible parts for older units.
What we see go wrong
Ignition lockouts and fan failures are the more common calls, along with pressure sensor drift on the Energy range.
Servicing and parts
Mainstream current models are easy to source parts for; some older Betacom units are now dependent on reconditioned or compatible components.
