Sizing the room, not the wall
Glazing, orientation, roof exposure and occupancy drive the load. An undersized unit runs flat out; an oversized one cycles and dehumidifies poorly.

The pipe route decides the price of the job
Core drilling, condensate fall and how far the indoor unit sits from the condenser matter more than the badge on the box.
Legal side
Refrigerant handling requires F-Gas competence. We are REFCOM registered, and installations are carried out and documented accordingly.
Practical siting points
- Airflow that is not blowing straight at a seat or bed
- Condensate that can drain by gravity where possible
- Outdoor unit position with clearance and neighbour noise considered
